Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Rizzo’s Drywall and Construction LLC, customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship are at the core of everything we do.
Because our services are custom-built to meet each client’s specific needs, we do not provide monetary refunds once work has begun or materials have been ordered.
Instead, we proudly offer a one-year workmanship warranty to ensure every project meets our high standards.
2. Warranty Coverage
Our one-year workmanship warranty covers:

Defects in workmanship or materials provided by Rizzo’s Drywall and Construction LLC
-
Issues that result directly from work completed by our team
If a covered issue arises within one year of project completion, we will:

Schedule an inspection,

Determine the cause, and
-
Repair or replace the defective work or materials at no additional cost to the homeowner.
3. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations made by others after completion

Issues resulting from environmental factors beyond our control (e.g., flooding, foundation movement, severe weather)
-
Materials supplied or installed by third parties not contracted through us
4. Deposits and Cancellations
Because each project requires advance planning, scheduling, and custom materials, deposits are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been purchased.
If a client cancels prior to the start of work, partial refunds may be considered depending on material orders and labor scheduling costs.
5. Commitment to Satisfaction
Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with their finished project. We encourage open communication during and after construction so any concerns can be addressed promptly and professionally.
