We provide professional residential construction, remodeling, and drywall services. Project details, pricing, and timelines are outlined in written estimates or contracts provided to each client before work begins.
All work is performed according to local building codes and industry standards.
3. Estimates and Payments
  • All project estimates are based on information available at the time of quoting and may be adjusted if changes or unforeseen conditions arise.
  • Deposits are required to schedule work and secure materials.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in the signed contract.
Failure to make payment according to agreed terms may result in work suspension and possible collection action.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Each project is custom-planned and scheduled in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been ordered.
Cancellations prior to the start of work may be partially refundable depending on material and administrative costs.

5. One-Year Workmanship Warranty
Rizzo’s Drywall and Construction LLC guarantees the quality of our workmanship for one year following project completion.
If any issues arise due to poor workmanship or defective materials supplied by us, we will repair or replace the affected areas at no cost to the homeowner.
This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations made by others.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
  • Providing site access during scheduled work hours
  • Keeping the workspace safe and clear of personal belongings
  • Communicating design or scope changes promptly
  • Obtaining necessary homeowner or HOA approvals when required
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and high-quality work, Rizzo’s Drywall and Construction LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services, materials delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Website Use
All content on this website — including text, images, and logos — is owned by Rizzo’s Drywall and Construction LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Any testimonials, project photos, or examples are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee identical results.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
10. Changes to Terms
